It realy is funny how fast the week goes by. It is Friday already.

Okay I told you about the slippery drive way. Well I have been on line looking at different ways of repairing it. I believe this is the right way to do it. The driveway has a acrylic paint on it. That is the Color Crown coating is made out of it. So I am thinking, paint the driveway again with this clear and then sprinkle sand between each coat. Ad least it sounds like a good plan. I am waiting until after the 17th to buy anything more like this.

Now the roof. Did the same checking things out on line, how to repair my carport to trailer leaks. Hey I remember back in the 80's. Carma (wife at the time) and I had a trailer in Sandal Foot Mobile Home area. Well this trailer we had, there were many leaks in the seams. So at the time I worked at Superior Shades on Power Line. There we made pull down shades (blinds) So there was material of all kinds. Well I cut a roll about 8" wide 50' feet long.and got a protect called Gardner Roofing Tar. I rolled the material down along the seams and used my hand to pull the tar out and seal in the material. It really worked back then. So I will pretty much do the same next week.

While leaving Home Depot an other shops. I was driving along 95 north. As I was watching hte traffic, I saw 4 large white vans driving along side of me. Then I noticed the Bahamian Flag flying on each van. I guess they are going north and they are proud to be Bahamian. I really miss that place.

Still driving along. I looked up and saw these beautiful cloud formation. I just love and enjoying seeing things like that.

While out I stopped at Good Will in PSL. There I was looking for a picture frame for a drawing a good friend of mine gave me. He is a artist and over sees the Art department at Calvary Chapel Academy. I have known him for over 15 years. Him (Mark) and his wife Robin were missionaries many years ago. I had the chance to help move them into their new home back then and we see each other every once and while. So as I was telling him I will be retiring. he gave me this painting of the shore line. Thinking I am moving close to the ocean and he thought this would be something I would like.
So I stopped by and found a couple of items I liked. All these three items cost me $6.10. Hey folks if you have not been to a Good will or anything like them. Please stop by and save your money.
The mug you see here has been cared out and has Bahamas written on it. I thought this would go good with my Island Theme.
