Okay another project to work on.

This is how my kitchen looked when I first moved in. It is dark brown doors and not really looking that nice. So as I have been talking with friend around here. They told me that maybe if I paint it white it would look a lot nicer. 

So Sunday afternoon I took the doors off. 

I washed them with a little soap. Then wiped them down with clean water and let them dry out side.

Now folks, I am not sure if you know this or not. These are some what made out of card board. That right NOT WOOD at all. They only reason I know this is, I dropped one door and it dented the corner. Really cheap stuff. But at the end it will look great. 

Sprayed all the hardware with a hammer coat of silver. 

  

Okay Monday morning. Here we go again. Let us get some work done. Rolled the doors and drawers too. They needed three coats. This card board really is soaking up the paint. But I think it wil be fine afterwards. 

Now paint the kitchen itself. That took a couple of coats too. But at the end I love it. 

Alright the day is winding down, it is still Monday. I was invited to go next store to my neighbor Roy and Pat's for dinner. Roy brother Bobby and wife Marsha came over and we had a wonderful dinner. I wanted to finish the job I started that day. But I knew Roy was going to want to show his brother my place. The reason was they looked at this a while back to maybe buy? But they told me Monday night it really needed a lot of work,

So I just laid the doors in front of the cupboards. So they had idea what it would look like finished. 

They could not believe it was the same house. The new bathroom and kitchen now. Wow what a difference. 

What has been done in one month. I told they it was all about my Lord blessing me. 

After touching up some spots and making sure all is in it place. I really am very happy to see the end product. It looks so nice and clean looking. Plus the kitchen is huge now. Ad least it looks bigger. 

Praise Him the morning and night. Thank you Lord for putting people into my life that love to help and show me different things. 

Not sure what will be next. Maybe I need to just chill for a couple of days?
