This is Margaret and Larry's home. She would like to replace the sink and faucet here. So there was six screws holding this one in. The real neat thing is the hoses came off with no problems. That is my biggest fear, getting the old hoses off to get the faucet out.
This is the counter top before I had to cut it.
You can see I used a Sawzall to cut it out.
Got the new sink and the hooked everything up. The drain leaked. I am not sure why but the drain on the sink leaks. I used plumber tape and dope. It still leaks. I think every one of the drain I have put in leaked at first. Okay Roy told me about just using caulk instead of tape and dope. Hey have nothing to loose. Hey it worked. Not leaking now.
Okay plus we put in a toilet too here. All is well and walked away the customer is happy too.
Now we have another project to do. Dan;s home. He wants two faucets put in plus a repair his shower head too.
Well the first one the hot side would not shut off. So Roy drove over tot eh hardware store and bought a new one. Okay this one is in and no leaks. We bought all new hoses too. I think this is the best thing to do it replace the hoses too. They are 30 years old too.
Take a look at this toilet seat. It really reminds me way back times. I remember seeing this back in the 70's
This one is replaced too. No leaks.
Shower head it in correctly.
Hey this was a busy day for us. A lot of under the sink work. But at the end all is good.
On Thursday I went up to Melbourne and help a young lady out.
I did a lot of little projects. Replacing base molding and caulking here and there. Had to plane the closet doors I put up last time there. It took me all day and I made some money too.
Today is Friday and we have two small jobs to do. Still staying busy. Praise HIM. Than Him each and everyday, we have breath.
