Okay, yes we are up here again. Jeanne and I really have not seen that much of Coca Beach. So we drove up here again. It was kind a chilly out this day too.
They have these pictures along the walk way on the pier. They have the history of all that happen here in Coca Beach.
There sure is a lot to read, but it is worth the time.
This is the gift store that is on the pier. We saw bags of shells. They were is a basket. So the shells themselves didn't have a price on them. But the basket did, $1.99. Thinking great the bag of shells are $1.99? NOT the bag of shells cost $6,99 each, that is crazy price. We bought a small basket of shells at Ron Jon's (Saturday) for $1.99. Oh well I guess we need to go back to Ron Jon's
What a beautiful beach they have up here.
As we were walking on the pier, a security office told us the end of the pier is closed, due to the cold weather. So we walked down as far as we could and walked back to the shore line.
There is another gift shop. So we walked over to that and they were closing in five minutes. So we walk in and walked back out.
We piled back into the car and headed up the road a while.
Got to Cape Canaveral and see what is up here.
We saw the Disney's Cruises Liner leaving the port. So we drove over to get closer. It really was kind of strange. There is no security check in stations. I use to go down in Fort Lauderdale to the port (84) there and there was check points to show your driver license to get in. No where did I see that.
We saw this tower in the middle of the parking lot. Thinking what is that for?
So we just kept driving around and looking at all the places there are to eat here too..
Jeanne went on line to see their menus and what they had to offer. She found Fishlips. they prices are not bad and they are on the water front too.
They have a elevator too. so my baby can get up stairs.
Walked in and got a seat. This is a sports bar too. I guess that is the way to go if you want to make some money?
I got up from our seats and walked around to take some pictures before the sun goes down.
Behind the bar here you could feel the heater blasting away. As I walk by it.
There is some neat things to look at while there too.
Kind of a neat sign???
We got out back to our car and headed south again. Home sweet home.
It was a nice ride home, we took 95 and got home in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Folks we have been putting some miles on our Kia it is a 2011. We turned over 200,000 miles this night.
It sure nice to go for rides and get back to our bed. It really has been some fun just checking out different places and enjoying our time.
It is kind a of funny Jeanne or myself have not really seen all this before. So it was worth the ride.
Well back at our home, the next couple of days we have some work to get done.
Prayerfully everyone out there is doing well and being blessed as we are?
