Friday is our day to get caught up on tings.
Well this Friday was different. The New Solar Bus has a big problem. Not sure how and when. But the tyre on the driver's side is rubbing the fender. The reason is the leaf springs is broken. So Bob and I had to take the old one out and see what is next to do? I made some phone calls to see if any one on the island repairs leaf springs? At this time I have not found any one. I called to see how much a new one would cost, $869.95, that doesn't count the shipping and duty. So we looked at our old Solar Bus. The leaf springs in that one only has 6 leafs. The one we took off has 7. So talking with Bob, we are now thinking, maybe we can repair it with that one. We can not just take it and put it in. No take it out and then try to take it apart and see what happens. That is our Monday project.
So this Friday was okay after doing what we did.
