Bamboo Shack. Yes I know it is not Friday night. But this last Friday was Good Friday. Pretty much every thing on this island was closed. So we thought why not go enjoy some god old food there? The sad part is they didn't have their jerk chicken ready when we got there. So I guess was had to have a breast snack. It was SOOOO GOOOD. Oh that right this is not KFC? They say that.
