What did I get done this last week?

Folks this week to me was not that productive? I tried my hardness to get some work done. Just use this lawn mower for a example. I had to change out the drive belt. The one the book calls for was way to tight. So I got one 2 inches more, in length. Not sure why? The reason I say this is, we have replaced this belt before? 

Then while doing that, broke the side handle on it. Had to weld that up. Plus the transmission shifter broke off too. Had to re weld that three times. Still not sure if it will hold for much longer. My welding skills are not that good. Like you see I welded up the arm okay. Not pretty. Hopefully it will last a little longer. 

So now you have and idea how my week was. Oh hey, my truck is still in the shop too. Dawkins has had it since Tuesday. They pulled the head yesterday. Now I need to go buy a head gasket and kit. They have taken the head to a guy that does this for a living. Hopefully by Tuesday I will get it back, Running correctly. 

I sure hope and pray this next week I can say i got more  done?
