Our day started out slow at first.
By looking up you can see that we have a problem on the top. The rope came off the pulley and there is really no way to get it back on except, someone has to climb up and put it back on. Okay first thing Tim and I did was but a piece of 2X6 on the top run. Then cut it out so it would wrap around the flag pole. After that found a small piece of rubber and attached that inside of the cut area. This way the pole might not slip as easy. NOW WHO is going UP? There were no one saying Please can I go up and break my neck? Mark said he would do it. So Sean,Tim R,Tim S,Bob,Eric and myself held the latter still.I didn't take any pictures of him up there, I didn't want to look up. Mark got all the way up and said, I need a screw driver. So he came back down. Eric got him a couple of screw drivers and he went back up. Really at any time did I feel like something was wrong. He put the rope back on and we will see what happens next.
Okay now Tim and I needed to take the van back to the church that Tim Lamb borrowed from. I needed some more paint too. So while out, got the van back and bought the paint at Paint Place. Mr Harrison was not there. Not sure where he went? That is okay, I will see him on Sunday God willing. As the time was moving by, we had lunch at Wendy's at the mall. Then got back and worked on the rabbit cages. They both need new tops on them. It worked out that is pretty much all that happen.
Mean while Mindy asked the staff to take lots of pictures of the student that came in for the day. She needs them for the Face Book page.
So I took some and while watching the kids, I was thinking wow that is a neat job to spend the day with them and just have some fun. I know there is a lot more that just that. But it sure looks they are having a good time doing it.
