Had a chance to be silly this morning

That right I have a mask on and I was puppet guy too. Well yesterday, Mark asked me to help him out. There was a large group of students coming in for a Field Trip. Well the group was not as big as we thought it would be, but I still had a chance to help a little. When the kids get here we always do a puppet show with them. You know welcoming them. Plus explaining what we do here and why. So as the kids were sitting so quietly Mark did the MC and I was Rollo. It really was kind of fun. I should have used another voice. The reason afterwards a couple of the students came up to me and said you were Rollo? I guess my laugh gives it away too. 

Okay after that they went on the train ride, so I grabbed the the mask and ran out and popped out and most of them jumped pretty high. Boy maybe I should come back and help with the students? 

After having some fun, Tim Seeley asked me yesterday if I could help him out? I said sure, what would you like to do? Move the lumber form Cottage #2/B to the girls old bath house. Boy there was heavy ones. But at the end it is done. It really was good to work along with Tim. While I was here before, we really never did that much together.

After I got back to the Centre, I had a visitor. It was Melanie, Steve and Julie. It really was a nice surprise. I have not seen her for over three years or so. Mean while her and Steve got married. Seems like  nice guy. They were only here a couple of hours. They came over on Cruise, which will be only here from around 10 am to 4 pm. So we had a nice little talk and just good to see her again. Julie lives here, use to work at the ALC about 6 years ago. It was nice to se her too.

Okay I guess I have seen everything now? All the years I have looked at the Obituaries, I have never seen a dog in there? I think it was very nice to remember her. 

The war is on, Valve Added Tax go in to play in Jan 2015. I really not sure what will happen. The reason I say that is. Today BEC will be turning peoples electric off that have not paid their bill. There was a grace period but I guess that is over now. So if they can not pay now, how in the world will they be able to pay when this tax goes in? It is 7 1/2% It will be like I sales tax back in the states. Buying anything will cost 7 1/2% more across the board.
