That is why I live where I live. It is so nice to just get on your bike an take a ride around. I found out the road going around this complex is 2 1/2 mile long. So right after the rain finished a little. I said I need to get out. I rode over to the club house. When inside and shot some more pool. While there I was walking around and saw these poster. I said wow. The reason was the last time there, I was thinking about how I had a chance to play against a pool world champion player. This was back in the first part of the 70's. Okay these is a place back in Rochester, New York. Called the War Memorial. It is down town there. Well my dad use to sell cars, Ramblers and Nash. Which changed their name to American Motors. You remember the Javin, AMX. They were car to go up against the Ford Mustang, the muscle cars back then.
Okay back to the story. Well my dad always worked at the Car Shows there, it was during the winter time. Jan or Feb. I use to go and see all the new cars that were out for that new year. A man named Irving Crane was showing off, how to do trick shots on a pool table. He was asking if any one wanted to shoot a game? It was like a dream. I remember coming up and asking if I could? He said sure. I remember him getting around 13 or more balls in and then said, go ahead. I might have made two in? But he let me try again. I always thought I shot pretty good? I guess my pride did that. Like I said last week, I thought I was good? But found out, no, not really. But think folks I had a chance to play against a world shooter?
Wow my God is so good to me. He knew one day I would look back and say WOW. Which I did yesterday. I have been so very much blessed in my passed and looking now.
After that I went and saw Godzilla the movie. It open up here yesterday, that right a $1.00. I went and saw it about a month or so, up in Vero Beach. That is when I was visiting Eddie. It cost $4.00 then. It really is neat to get these breaks on different discounts, being a old man.
