Before I left for the states, I saw this lawn mower for sale. Mark and I talked about it. I just could never find the owner, he would be at work or out some where. So I guess Bob went farther that I did to get a hold of this guy. Which in the end, we bought it. Now there is a couple of things not right. But prayerfully in the next week or so, we will have it up and cutting. Bob told me that is runs, but the exhaust is shot and it is loud. So hopefully we can find a flex pipe that will work. I went to a couple of shops yesterday. No one had it. But was told to try a generator shop? So maybe this week-end we will find one?
Okay the tie rod was a little harder to do that I thought? Which is usually the case. I look at and say, no problem, piece of cake, hour job? Well this was about a two hour job and had to use the torch to get it loose and even had to cut the bolt off. It is so nice to have Tim's help. He came in yesterday to help us out. There is no group in at the All Saints Camp until next week. So his helping hands were very much helpfully.
Got that fix then replace all the lug bolts on the train rear wheel. While Mark and I changed out the tyre, didn't notice there was two styles of tread. So a couple of the bolt got stripped.
So we replaced all 6 bolts with new nuts.
