Isn't this a pretty truck?

Well I knew the brakes on the back needed to be replaced, plus the wheel cylinders and turn the drums. So I stopped by my old friend Mike. I told you about him last week or so. He is renting a bay from a old friend of his many years ago. Mike has been on the mission field for the last 8 or so years. Him and his wife believe that their time there had come to a close for now. So they moved back here and as myself, thinking, need to make some money. So he has been here making ends meet. So I asked him to see what he thought about what I needed. Pretty much everything I thought. But the sad part is, living where I am, I am not a loud to work on my truck at all. Plus one more thing too, if I run into trouble. the wheel cylinder is rusted or where do I have the drums turned? Just thinking out loud. So I had him do the work. At the end, I am sure glad I did. He had trouble of the wheel cylinders. plus after putting it all back together, The passenger rear brake was rubbing. Which Mike had to take it apart a couple of times. Had to grind down the brake shoes (on the medal) a little. The drum was turned, but not all the way on the inside. It looks great now. Plus driving home last night I had to slam on the brakes, someone just pulled out. The brakes held great and all is well.
Folks I know I spent more than I wanted to, but that is how it is now. Thank you Jesus I had the funds to do it. Plus Mike can use it too. It really was neat to get some what caught up n all he has been through and how our Lord made it all happen. He has bought a house and it really is a fixer upper. He was telling about all that needs to be done, plus what he has done. Like I said in the end, these things some times, don't feel like a blessing, but it has been.
